| You'll Love our Easy-to-Use Location Map On Your Way to Visit Henderson County- Consider creating a memorable Art-Journey along the way... Since the nature of our business is to showcase and sell art-- we want to make it easy for you to find our participating galleries and studios. Click on our ART TOUR MAP page to print out our locations. Here are some more links to the arty places we enjoy: If you love art-- you may have already visited one of our neighbors nearby: the Asheville River-Arts District is home to bi-annual shows that have created nationwide attention, recently making Asheville one of the TOP-TEN Art Destinations in the country! Many of those studios are open on Fridays throughout the year. Greenville, SC has transformed their river front that winds through a charming downtown to an arts destination with wonderful walking parks complete with waterfalls. "Artisphere" is the annual highlight show, filling the park with hundreds of participants. Spartanburg, SC has an appealing downtown square, home to galleries where a number of Henderson County artists also show their work. Columbia, SC, along the interstate in the piedmont is growing an exciting group of artists. Columbia, NC has grown into an artistic gateway into the majestic North Carolina Outer Banks area. Along the Carolina coast -- you may have fallen in love with Charleston, South Carolina. So have we! In fact, we have had a historical and mutual "love affair" with that great city for several centuries! Every summer for the last two hundred years or so, Charlestonians have flocked to our own Flat Rock to escape the tropical weather and enjoy the cool mountain air. The Flat Rock Village center is home to our own, "little Rainbow Row," where four galleries in our group are located. Since we are close to all these wonderful art filled areas-- please add us to your, "short list" of Art Towns to visit. We are happy to help you plan your art journey. We wouldn't mind giving you the "inside scoop" of where we like to stay and go too! To make it easier for you to find galleries and types of art you may be interested in, we have complied a list of all our galleries on, you guessed it, our ART GALLERY GUIDE page. A map of how to reach our galleries is located on our TOUR MAP page. Welcome and Enjoy Western North Carolina- From the Members of the Gallery Guild of Henderson County |
